This project began with selective clearing of an incredibly overgrown lot. Rather than demolishing the original 1920's era orchard shack on the site, we moved it to the front of the lot and made it the focus of a new 3 bedroom, 2-1/2bathroom house.
The original house was reworked into a new double-height living room with an office mezzanine; the new construction houses the kitchen, dining room, bathrooms and bedrooms.
Extensive landscaping and a new carport completed the salvage operation on this Greenwood property.
