ABOUT 16D LLC
16 D LLC is a design-build company owned and operated by David Lipe. We work on custom residential and small commercial projects - from kitchen designs to extensive alterations, from backyard art studios to retail boutiques. We approach each project thoughtfully, and work to craft a design solution that meets the client’s goals within the existing conditions of the site. We take special pleasure in helping our clients shape their ideas into resolved designs, and then making those designs real with our own hands. Building and design are integrated, and each discipline informs and underpins the other.
